The producers of the Emmy Awards were forced to dust off the old bleep machine for Peter Dinklage as he turned the air blue during his record-breaking acceptance speech.
You see, Dinklage picked up the Best Supporting Actor gong for a fourth time last night, making him the person to have won the award the most times for the same character, Tyrion Lannister in HBO's Game of Thrones.
Because this is the last time that he'll be accepting this award for playing the role of the Lannister, he decided to mark the occasion.
He took to the stage and began: "I have no idea what I'm about to say but here we go."
Dinklage then continued: "I count myself so fortunate to be a member of a community that is nothing but all about tolerance and diversity. Because no other place could I be standing on a stage like this.
"It's been about 10 years, all said and done, since the moment I met [GoT showrunners] Dave [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] until right now.
"I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I knew David and Dan were quite brilliant. We did nothing but sweat, we did nothing but laugh. Dave and Dan, we literally walked through fire and ice for you, literally. And I would do it all again in a heartbeat."
Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll have noticed that they actually took a load of stick for the final series of the show, with many fans feeling that it felt somewhat rushed.
Well, the Emmys didn't think so. It still picked up 12 awards from a total of 32 nomination and it is the most successful show in the award ceremony's history.
But, back to Dinklage. He continued by describing his Game of Thrones co-workers as 'the most talented mother***ing people' before adding: "I don't care, it's over!".
Fair play.
To win the award, Dinklage overcame his co-stars Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister) as well as Better Call Saul's Jonathan Banks and Giancarlo Esposito, Chris Sullivan from This Is Us, and Michael Kelly from House of Cards.
Elsewhere, Game of Thrones won the Outstanding Drama Series award, Chernobyl won 10 awards, and it was a huge night for Fleabag and creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who scooped three awards.
Fleabag also became the first British winner of the Best Comedy Series award.
