Viewers Shocked At What They Think Nicole Scherzinger Said To Tess Daly On 'Strictly'

Sting may have sung 'don't stand so close to me' but apparently Nicole Scherzinger has done her own take on it as viewers of last night's Strictly Come Dancing think she said 'don't sit so close to me' to Tess Daly.

On the Saturday night episode of the dancing show the camera panned from Claudia Winkleman, and the other dancers, to Tess who was sat next to Nicole.

As the camera went to the pair, Nicole, who looked a bit uncomfortable, was caught in the mid-point of saying something as she looked at the small space between her and and 49-year-old Tess - viewers think the former X Factor judge said: "Don't sit so close to me."

This sent fans into a frenzy on social media. On person tweeted: "It ain't complimentary anyway."

Another person said: "How stuck up was @NicoleScherzy last night ..was it only me that thought that?"

While a third person commented: "Omg I'm so glad someone else picked up on this! We turned tv up and thought it was something to do with being in her space as Tess' hair brushes against her! Her face spoke a thousand words and looked really rude and stuck up!"

The whole exchange between the pair looked pretty frosty from Nicole's perspective - basically if looks could kill Tess may not be standing, as one person tweeted: "Whatever she says her face is totally 'get away from me'."

Either way fans are pretty desperate to know exactly what she said, but Nicole is yet to comment on the incident.

The 40-year-old was in the audience, last night supporting her former Pussycat Dolls band mate, Ashely Roberts who took to the dance floor to perform a Halloween themed Charleston.

Ashley, 37, is dancing with Pasha Kovalev, 38, as they clearly won the judges over with their performance in the sixth week of the show.

The pair received the highest score from judges, so far, in the competition a getting awarded 10s for their dance.

Nicole was in the audience with another former Pussycat Dolls band member, Kimberley Wyatt, 36, and they were both quick to give Ashley a standing ovation.

Nicole is no stranger when it comes to performance TV shows - as well as once being a judge on ITV's The X Factor, she won the 10th series of the American show Dancing with the Stars.
