Has renowned internet playboy Dan Bilzerian changed his tune and tied the knot? His rabid followers were stunned this week after a photo appeared on his social media which appeared to show him getting married. It would be quite the change of heart for the man who in 2014 declared: “If you are thinking about getting married, just remember, one vagina for the rest of your life… Not smart”. What a charmer! He’s known for a lavish lifestyle of parties and women, and didn’t seem the sort to settle down.
He shared the video with his 32.9 million followers, featuring him trussed up in an all-black tuxedo, linking arms with a very beautiful woman who is holding a bouquet of flowers. Bilzerian captioned the post “I finally did it.” Are his womanising, gambling, party boy days over, or is this all a social media scam? It comes after he took a break from posting online for a while.

Many of his followers were quick to congratulate Dan on his apparent nuptials, but many stayed suspicious knowing his track record for trolling at every opportunity. His love of pranks, combined with his previous strong opinions against marriage means many aren’t sure what to think.
Some think that he was escorting a bridesmaid due to the woman at his side wearing a sage green dress, which is the must-have colour for weddings in 2022. While the lack of a white gown doesn’t automatically mean she isn’t the bride, it is more commonly seen on the bridal party.

Bilzerian has made a name for himself over the years by sharing his outlandish lifestyle on social media surrounded by a bevy of gorgeous woman and endless parties. It’s every teenager on TikTok’s wet dream lifestyle, so for him to give that up and get wed would be a big deal. As well as his earlier insightful comment on weddings, in 2015 he shared a post captioned “Marriage; ruining lives since Adam and Eve”.
Recent reports linked him romantically to an influencer by the name of Sofia Bevarly, and she is not the woman in the post, however they are both wearing rings.

“Fake news!” wrote one fan on the post, with another simply adding, “no way.” Game of Thrones star and Bilzerian’s former training partner Thor Björnsson added fuel to the fire that the post was true, after he wrote: “Congratulations! This will be inspiring for many young men out there!”.
At the time of writing the post has clocked up more than 4 million likes.

It soon emerged that Dan was attending the wedding of a friend, Bill Perkins, in the south of France. Perkins, a fellow poker player, uploaded pictures from his wedding to Lara, and Bilzerian can be seen in the background.
