Creamfields 2020: Dates, Tickets And Armin Van Buuren Announced As Headline Act

If you've just about managed to shake off your hangover from the last Creamfields festival then get your keyboards ready, tickets for Creamfields 2020 go on sale tomorrow. You'll have to be quick to get them though, as the 2019 edition was a complete sell out, with 70,000 fans flocking to the UKs biggest electronic music festival.

Who's headlining?

If you're undecided about whether your body and brain can take another Creamfields, then perhaps the first revealed headliner might convince you. Armin can Buuren is one of Holland's biggest musical exports and is a firm favourite with dance fans around the world. After a year-long hiatus he returns to headline the South Stage on Saturday 29th August 2020.

Commenting on his return, Armin said: "I'm excited to be back at Creamfields in 2020, having performed at the festival many times over the years and watching it grow into the show it's become today, it's always a special one for me. This year I'll be headlining the South Stage on Saturday 29th August and look forward to seeing you all there"

Renowned for delivering one of the biggest dance festival line ups of the year, this is the first of a number of big-name music artist announcements expected over the coming months.

How much booze can you take into Creamfields?

Alcohol may only be brought into the music festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed (e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager) and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24. Also, kegs are a strict no no.

Unfortunately, you can't take your favourite bevvies into the arena, as you're expected to empty your overdraft on warm, flat beers from the stalls provided.
