It was only a matter of time for the official 'Venom' video to drop and here is the visuals to the highly-anticipated Marvel movie soundtrack.

The video begins with a stranger coming across a copy of Slim Shady's last album Revival, smashed to pieces on the street with a blank CD inside.

As anyone would, the guy picks up the disc and chucks it into his backpack before becoming possessed and throwing a bus driver into an apartment block - who in turn becomes possessed.

The bus driver then bumps into a kid who also becomes possessed. Then his mum, you guessed it, also becomes possessed by the Venom symbiote as her son starts ripping up their home.

We see what's happening here...

Every possessed person passes the 'Venom' on to whoever they touch and in turn they become Eminem - rapping along the sidewalk.

Even a little Chihuahua becomes consumed at one point - poor fella. But then it pisses on a woman's boots and... well, it's better a human being in danger than a pooch, right?

On 21 September, Eminem let us in on the news that he would be contributing a song to the Marvel movie Venom.

We found out that the rapper had a track on the film when he released new album Kamikaze, on which it also features, last month.

Kamikaze features 13 tracks and guest appearances from Royce Da 5'9 and Jessie Reyez.

Elsewhere, Kendrick Lamar is credited as writer on 'Greater', and Justin Vernon from Bon Iver is also credited on the track 'Fall'.

More interestingly (depending on your interests), 'Not Alike', another tune on the album, is produced by Ronald Spence Jr. - otherwise known as 'Ronny J'.

In the song, he ripped into 28-year-old Machine Gun Kelly, who if you didn't know, has been somewhat of an intense rival for a while.

Background: MGK angered Slim Shady way back in 2012 when he tweeted that his daughter was 'hot as fuck'. Whoops.

Anyway, MGK, real name Richard Baker (not as cool, is it?), hit back with 'Rap Devil' - a play on the veteran's old track 'Rap God'.

That song is also produced by Ronny J... dun dun duuuun.
