After Austin Wallace claimed to have quit his $100k-a-year job, he turned to Logan Paul for work and was handed a career setback. If things couldn't get worse, now Logan's younger brother, Jake Paul, is mocking him in a new video:

In the clip posted on TikTok, 22-year-old Austin speaks to the camera in his car and says: "Jake Paul made a video on my post," then it cuts to a topless Jake.

He can initially be seen laughing before turning to the camera and impersonating a jobless Austin.

He asks the camera: "What am I going to do, Logan? You got a job for me?" Someone, who could be Logan, responds: "Yeah, you're hired, bro. Already."

Jake, 24, then goes on to say: "Thank you, Logan."

Claiming to be making fun of himself, seeing as others are (if you can't beat 'em, join 'em), Austin also said: "You know what, I'm gonna embrace this s*** because people wanna make fun of me, I wanna make fun of myself. F*** it."

Commenting on his post, one person wrote: "You can see the pain in your eyes... you ain't making fun of yourself ur actually hurt."

Another added: "'I'm embracing it!' You know this mf started bawling after he filmed this on too."

Austin believed he had a plan when he jacked his job in. That was to head on down to Cleveland - where the fight between Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley was being held - and scam his way backstage to simply ask the older Paul brother for work.

Austin was clearly visibly upset.

In a video shared to TikTok - @aj_wallace69 - Wallace tearfully admitted: "I'm 22, I do make $100,000 a year and that's cool. I wanna act, I wanna do these things, I'm gonna break down right now."

He then added: "I don't know what to do. I did come up here by myself, I do have family but we're not the closest, and I don't have really close friends. You know there's millions of people trying to do what I wanna do. Just watch the clip."

Then he shared the encounter between himself and Paul.

After he explained his situation to the YouTuber-turned-boxer, he didn't get a job... but he did get some advice.

"What are you good at?" Paul asked him.

Wallace rambled a little about TikTok dances and basically admitted that he doesn't have what it takes, after which Paul asked: "Then why would I give you a job?"

Kinda makes sense.

Paul continued: "I can't be a mentor right now. I'm a f***-up myself. I need a mentor, you know what I'm saying?

"I didn't have connections or people around me, I had Jake. Do you have a brother? Do you have friends?

"You're a good-looking guy. You have friends, bro. You're f***ing lying.

"Go make content, make stuff with your friends. I'm glad you quit your job, it takes balls to do that, but now you gotta activate.

"I'm not the guy directly. My team is [mimes something very small] - we're locked."
