Andrew Tate says he walks 10km and does 500 pushups and 500 squats every day inside prison

The detained former kickboxer said people should be ashamed of themselves if they can't do more than him.

Andrew Tate has fired off a number of tweets to boast about how productive he is while in prison.

He also used the string of tweets to slam anyone who is less productive than he is, claiming that his followers have zero excuses when comparing their lives to his.

"I am in a cell. I have extremely limited freedom of action," he said.

"Every single day, I do 500 squats. 500 push-ups. Practise my tiger paw technique. Walk 10km. Write and complete lessons for the students inside 'The Real World'. Read and respond to 100s of letters. Pray, [and] read my Quran."

Sounds like a lot of fun.

I am in a cell.

I have extremely limited freedom of action.

Every single day,

I do 500 squats.

500 push-ups.

Practice my tiger paw technique.

Walk 10km.

Write and complete lessons for the students inside The Real World.

Read and respond to 100s of letters.

If my days in this cell are more productive than yours, you should be furious with yourself.

It means you are failing.

How will you ever reach greatness when you do not even outperform a man in a jail cell?

Work harder.

You cannot afford to fail any longer.

He added: "And then begin my day of strict long meditation. You have all your freedom of movement. You have unlimited information and accessibility at your fingertips."

Tate then tweeted: "If my days in this cell are more productive than yours, you should be furious with yourself.

"It means you are failing. How will you ever reach greatness when you do not even outperform a man in a jail cell?"

He told his followers to 'work harder' because they 'cannot afford to fail any longer'.

Mate, all you have is time to burn when you're incarcerated, but who are we to judge?

Well, Andrew Tate, apparently.

Ha…. But you are in jail! And we’re not. Enjoy being locked up.

Okay MOFO. When you get out contact me. I'm not doing anything till I'm convinced is worth my while.

— Ergest Haxhiaj (@haxhiaj_ergest) February 23, 2023

And his words didn't go down too well on social media, with the irony of his statement not lost on a raft of Twitter users.

One user said: "Ha…. But you are in jail! And we’re not. Enjoy being locked up."

A second added: "'Day of strict long meditation', like you have a choice."

A third issued a challenge to Tate: "Okay MOFO. When you get out contact me. I'm not doing anything till I'm convinced it is worth my while."

Tate's detention in a Romanian jail was recently extended for another 30 days behind bars while authorities continue their sex trafficking and organised crime investigation against him, his brother Tristan, and two women.

Ha…. But you are in jail! And we’re not. Enjoy being locked up.

The controversial influencer and former kickboxer was detained by authorities at the end of December last year.

Prosecutors have been allowed to prolong his stay behind bars twice already and this is the third time the extension has been granted.

So it looks like he'll have plenty of time to keep up his exercise-letter reading-meditation regime while languishing in a squalid jail cell.
