People were left baffled after Kim Kardashian shared pictures of herself head to toe in black leather - complete with fetish mask - this weekend.
Looks like she's been taking fashion tips from Kanye West, who wore a similar style face covering at his DONDA listening parties.

It's quite the look, and one Kim decided to go for when touching down in New York before the Met Gala on 13 September.
If this is her leisure wear, we can't imagine what she's got planned for the main event.
According to the Daily Mail, the 40-year-old reality star was checking into the Ritz Carlton alongside her mum and sister, Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian, and their respective partners Corey Gamble and Travis Barker.
While she's famous for showing off her body, Kim's done a full 180 for this trip, wearing black leather from head to toe - literally - as well as a full trench coat and sparkly Balenciaga bag.
Fans were understandably shocked by the snaps of her new look, which she posted on Instagram alongside a knife emoji, leading many to compare it to iconic thriller series American Horror Story.

"Is anyone else getting major American Horror Story vibes?" wrote one, while another joked: "Kim, I never knew you were in American Horror Story, why didn't you tell us?"
And while many praised the daring outfit choice, others were not so keen.
"Kim wtf is this," said a commenter, with a second simply questioning: "Is this fashion?"
Apparently so.

The influencer's been spotted out a lot in Balenciaga gear recently, leading many to believe she'll be dressed by the brand's designer Demna Gvasalia at the Met Gala.
Speaking of which, Kim shocked her followers just as much last month when she shared pictures of herself in a black Balenciaga jumpsuit.
Similarly, the all-black outfit - which she wore to one of West's listening parties - covered her whole body, head to toe.

After posting a series of pics on Instagram, she obviously received lots of feedback in the comments section.
One fan said: "Noooo miss Kimmy what is this," while another quipped: "What are we doing, love?"
A third jokingly pointed out: "One fart and it's over."

The whole family appeared to dress like they were attending a funeral, including Ye who appeared in a few pics before his performance.
Just another day in the life of a reality TV star, I guess.
