Asma Khan - who owns Darjeeling Express, which was featured in the sixth season of
The snap quickly went viral, and has now amassed more than 191,000 likes and tonnes of comments - most of which go something like: "How the hell is Paul Rudd 52?!"
One person wrote: "Science fact: If Paul Rudd and Helen Mirren had a baby together it would stay an infant for three decades and, as an adult, remain sexually attractive to 20-somethings until it was 350 years old."
Another added: "I've aged more since the beginning of the pandemic than Paul Rudd has in the last 20 years."
Well, Asma reckons the secret is just being a damn nice fella.
She told Insider: "He just looks so happy.
"I think the reason why he looks so young is because he's a good man. Both his kids were there both times; he's a very family man. I think he's a man at peace, and that shows."
Asma said Rudd visited the restaurant twice in a week and was very kind to staff, even FaceTiming an employee who was in India.
She added: "For me, he's no longer a big film star. I just see a man who, with all his fame and all the adulation he gets, is just unbelievably humble, and human, and kind.
"He is the kind of person that you want to be a good guy. He's more than that. He's compassionate, and humble."
Paul was once asked how he maintains such a youthful appearance and he offered up a very different explanation.
During a Clueless reunion at Chicago's Comic & Entertainment Expo, Rudd explained: "I'm 80 years old on the inside," before point to his chest and stating: "In here, pure darkness - and a little moisturiser."
Of course, he was joking, although we would like to know just what moisturiser he's using to maintain that consistent glow.
But if you're feeling down about not looking like Mr Rudd, then allow this doctor to help ease your thoughts.
Dr Dan Dhunna wrote: "Men over 40/50 do not have to look knackered. Skin/hair/teeth/weight. That's the key. All of Hollywood have help from people like myself, nutritionists, PTs, hormone Drs. Keep it all in check and you'll look great for a very long time."
Well, that's comforting.
