It's November, which means it's time to lose control of your facial hair and raise lots of money for Movember.

But of course, there are many ways you can drum up funds for the cause without growing a 'tashe and one of them involves enjoying a delicious drink - which really does put the fun in fundraising.

Jameson is partnering with Movember for the 'JaMOson Foam Mo Challenge'.

It's really pretty simple. All you've got to do is enjoy a Jameson cocktail, making sure to get that top lip nice and foamy.

Then simply upload the snap to social with the hashtag #JaMOson, tag five mates, Jameson Whiskey and Movember, and make a donation - as little or as large as you like.

Jameson will then match donations up to €75,000 (£67,724). Everybody wins.

The 'Foam Mo' cocktail recipes really do look great and can be made from home using just a few ingredients.

Indeed, with pubs closed for most of us due to lockdown, this is perhaps one of the only times ever that staying at home for a month having the occasional sip of cocktails and growing a scruffy face bush is pretty much encouraged.

You can find out more about the fundraiser and how to make the cocktails here.

Set up in 2003, Movember raises awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and suicide.

Since its formation, the charity has funded more than 1,250 men's health projects around the world, 'challenging the status quo, shaking up men's health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men'.

By 'changing the face of men's health', the charity aims to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25 percent in the next 10 years.
