Fans Praise Chris Evans For Being Honest About His Anxiety

Fans have praised Hollwyood A-lister Chris Evans for his honesty in sharing his anxiety struggles on social media.

On Friday evening (15 October), the Marvel actor took to Twitter to showcase his frustrations with anxiety keeping him up at night.

The 40-year-old wrote: "Nothing like anxiety for no reason whatsoever. Looking like a 4pm bedtime for me. Happy Friday!"

The replies were full of fans who were admiring the courage Evans showed to talk about his issues, as well as offering some advice.

On fan responded: "I understand that feel.

"Get some rest!

"I personally find that snuggling one of the pets definitely helps."
