More than 70,000 Sky users across the UK have reported the service not working.

People have flocked to Down Detector UK to highlight the issue and it's not yet clear what it causing the outage.

The first reports kicked off at 10pm.

The Sky Help Team has asked if people are struggling with their connections and people ripped in.

One said: "I can't finish what I was working on because your damn broadband service ain't working fix it!!!"

Another added: "Mines out again, this is getting ridiculous now how often it just stops working ergh."

A third wrote: "My connections is out. Thought it was just me, reset my router. Nope, still not working. Can't even access the Sky app. Not happy."
