Former UFC star Michael Bisping removed his fake eye lens during a live YouTube Q&A. Watch the moment here:
The 42-year-old detached his retina after taking a kick to the head during his 2013 loss to Vitor Belfort, and since then, he has had a number of surgeries on the eye.

Asked by a fan how his 'glass eye' moves, the former middleweight champion proceeded to pop out the prosthetic lens he uses - which has made him feel far less insecure about his appearance.
Bisping - who works as an actor and pundit - explained: "I would get these little lenses that you put in that had a fake eyeball on them.
"Like a fake pupil and stuff, it would try and balance it out. It looked f***ing awful, it looked terrible.
"And then I went to a doctor because I was sick of looking like this and very self conscious about it, believe it or not.

"Every time I was working on TV and film - I'm doing stuff on the UFC, I was working on Fox Sports - and I would go for auditions for acting pilots and I was so nervous.
"I was so self conscious, and of course, you're going for an audition, they don't want someone with a f***ed up eye that looks like this, unless the script calls for someone with a messed up eye."
The fighter subsequently asked his doctor to remove his eye and replace it with a glass eye; however they declined, as the eye was relatively healthy and not causing him pain.

Instead, they advised he used the prosthetic lens he wears today - though Bisping admitted he's overdue a replacement.
Demonstrating how it works, he said: "So then when the eye moves left and right the lens moves.
"However, I've had this one now for three years and you're supposed to get a new one every year, because my eyeball's shrinking.
"So if I look left and right it doesn't move as much as the other one, because my eyeball's shrinking - so I've got to stop being a cheap b****** basically and go buy a new one."
Taking to Twitter, he revealed that the eye no longer bothers him.

He said: "Crazy cos for years I was so self conscious about this and it really affected my confidence. In a big way, now I really don't care, I guess that's cos of the lens probably but still.
"Most things in life you learn to live with or stop caring eventually. My lesson for the day."
