A celebrity medium has shocked former royal butler Paul Burrell, as he makes a revelation about the late Princess Diana - who was apparently involved in another secret car crash before the one that killed her in 1997.

It was during a psychic reading on Wednesday's episode of the Aussie version of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! that Paul shared details about his relationship with Diana, prompted into revealing the second car crash that no one knew about by celebrity medium John Edward.
"You had a friend who passed in a vehicle accident," John began.
I mean, only one of the world's most high profile vehicle accidents, but sure - go on.
John then asked him: "Were there two car accidents?"

He added: "I'm feeling like there were two car accidents - almost like one was foreshadowing and one was tragic."
"Yes! You couldn't possibly know that," a shocked Paul replied, confirming that Princess Diana was involved in another car crash before the fatal road accident in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris, which also killed Dodi Fayed and driver Henri Paul.
"How could he know about the other traffic accident?" he asked campmate and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Jackie Gillies.

"She was frightened that night," Paul said, referring to the previously undisclosed vehicle accident.
"She crashed her car. She couldn't drive it. She was in the middle of nowhere. She said: 'What do I do?'"
He continued: "I said, 'You go and lock yourself in the ladies loo in the nearest hotel and I'll come and get you.' And I did. I went down at midnight and collected her and then rang the police and the Palace to say they can go and tow the car."
John also brought up the fact that Paul fell out with Diana's family, having been accused of theft in 2002. Again, that one's kinda common knowledge, but whatever.

"I feel like you have been ostracised," John said.
"I feel like you are the outcast, your need for validation from your friend's family... (it's) not coming. Like, not coming."
But things did get a little spooky when he managed to accurately describe the contents of Princess Diana's bedroom, mentioning wood-panelled walls, bookshelves and a glass bird owned by Diana.

Close to tears, Paul said: "The glass bird is the Lalique glass bird.
"That's what it is. It sat on the side table. He could not have known about a glass Lalique in the Princess' room... Impossible."
John started tugging at the heart strings more, going into detail on a dress that Diana owned - which Paul apparently often dreams about.
"I do have a dream of me sitting alone with the Princess cross-legged on the floor and she is wearing a blue dress," Paul recalled.
"It's the last dress I saw her in. I have never told anybody about that particular dream."
And it turns out John was also right about an intuition that, as well as needlepoint, the late princess was also a fan of 'foul language'. Nice.
