You can now enjoy a bubble bath with a twist as Jägermeister launches its limited edition Jäger Bath Bomb, making a triumphant return for Christmas.

The bath bomb is infused with Jägermeister aromatics including aniseed, star anise and juniper, giving a gently-spiced Christmassy scent to your soak in the tub - while also turning the water festive green.

In the centre, you'll also find skin-hydrating shea butter with dried orange peel and cinnamon, which sounds nothing short of delightful.

It comes as part of a gift set, which also includes two smaller Christmas tree-shaped bathbombs - inspired by Jägermeister Cold Brew coffee with added notes of coffee and cacao - along with one 200ml bottle of original Jägermeister liqueur, one 200ml of Jägermeister Cold Brew Coffee and a Jägermeister bandana.

Costing £10.99 ($14.65), the gift packs are on pre-sale now via the Jägermeister UK e-shop, ready to be dispatched in early December.

However, they're only available until stocks last, so if you're hoping to treat a Jäger lover this Christmas, you may have to get your skates on.

A press release says: "The star of the new giftset is a rounded bath bomb that will turn your bathwater a festive green and is infused with distinct Jägermeister aromatics including aniseed, star anise, and juniper.

"In the centre of the bath bomb, you'll find skin-hydrating shea butter with dried orange peel and cinnamon."

The bath bomb was first launched as a limited run earlier this year for April Fool's Day, with the first batch selling out within hours.

However, after observing the 'increasingly frantic googling of Secret Santa shoppers', Jägermeister decided to make it happen once again.

The product was originally the idea of Tim Hawley, Innovation Controller at Jägermeister UK.

He said: "I recently attended a webinar on the importance of immersing yourself in the brand. That evening as I bombed into my extra-deep custom tub, the idea came to me."

Around the time of the April release, the bath bombs were given the seal of approval from 'In House Test-Meister Pete', who said: "It ticks all my boxes - there was a little splash when I dropped it in, a gentle waft of Jägermeister hitting my nose and a warming feeling of contentment."
