If you struggle to sleep at night then there's a new spray coming out that might be just your bag. Twilight is a new body spray that has been released by cosmetics retailer Lush.

It's meant to have a relaxing effect on the wearer, and could even help them drift off to sleep. The only draw-back is that it will set you back £20 for 200ml of the stuff.

The scent is described as a 'harmonious blend of lavender and tonka', which helps instil calm, while ylang ylang 'adds enticing, floral undertones'.

The product description adds: "Cast a spell with creamy tonka for the most enchanting dreams, and bask in the rich, malty notes that flower on your skin, sure to leave you wanting more."

Reviews for the Twilight spray have been favourable. One buyer wrote: "I have always had trouble sleeping but this body spray coupled with the Sleepy body lotion knocks me out cold.

"I always feel so rested after having used this and love the relaxing scent left on my bed sheets from the spray.

"I love these products so much and will be using them religiously from now on."

Apparently the LADs over at Lush have really been trying to give you lot a good nights sleep, the news comes after they released a body lotion purported to have similar effects.

The lotion, aptly named Sleepy, is on sale at Lush and for £7.95 (95g) and £13.95 (215g).

Sleep-drunk Redditors took to the site to talk about their experiences of using the cream.

One wrote: "As someone with incurable and not so common chronic illnesses which result in chronic pain and insomnia because of the pain, Sleepy lotion is the one product that can actually help me through the worst of my nights."

While another said it was responsible for helping their 'serious inability to sleep'.

Sleepy, which was initially introduced as limited edition product, is now a permanent fixture in Lush stores and online.
