A wanted fugitive who compares himself to Raoul Moat appears to be taunting police about spending '86 days on the run' by filming himself driving behind cop cars and using the hashtag '#copkiller'.

Daley Smith from Alsager, Cheshire, is wanted by police after breaching a court order and he has also been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and concerned with the supply of cocaine, according to Cheshire Police.

However, the 29-year-old is instead seemingly deciding to document his time 'on the run' in dozens of social media posts that mock cops for not being able to catch him - despite often posting his whereabouts.

Smith even appears to share pictures from inside in the back of police cars before claiming to have 'jumped out', along with images of helicopters circling above him in the sky.

The wanted man's profile brags about how his hand hurts because he 'knocked out' someone and complains about being 'Fuming LOL' at his police mugshot which was posted by Crewe Police, saying that they chose the 'worst' picture where he'd been punched with knuckledusters beforehand.

On September 1, Smith appeared to share: "Day 56 on the run from Cheshire Police. Currently following them down the M6 home from Blackpool."

It was accompanied by a video that appeared to show him driving behind a police car on the motorway.

Smith, whose Facebook bio simply reads 'F*** Cheshire Police' (keeping it classy) even took to writing a rap about his time on the run - watch out Slim Shady.

Numerous posts use the terrifying hashtag '#copkiller' at the end of them, in which he warns he is 'just warming up'.

While Smith brags that he is now beginning day 87 of being on the run, South Cheshire Magistrates Court confirmed that a warrant was only issued for his arrest on July 24 - meaning this is his 71st day of evading police. Not so impressive now...

The magistrates court confirmed that he is wanted for breaching a court order in relation to an appearance in court in May over criminal damage.

Smith was handed a three-month curfew requiring him to be at his place of curfew between 7pm until 7am from May to August.

However the court confirmed that he was absent from his place of curfew on various occasions and so a warrant was issued.

Smith has also been charged with possession with intent to supply class B cannabis and concerned with the supply of cocaine, according to police. He is due in crown court in November.

In other posts he appears to name police constables and says their 'career is over' - followed by the hashtag '#copkiller'.

One post reads: "Day 83 on the run: just want to say a massive thank you to Cheshire Police, I've never felt so wanted in all my life so thank you."

Last month, on another profile that appeared to be Smith's, an appeal was put online for a girlfriend and even bragged that he would 'throw in 'half g of flake for any coke whores'.

Cheshire Police confirmed that Smith is wanted after breach of a court order. They also stated that it was not true that Smith had escaped from a police car, despite posts on Saturday evening appearing to show him in the back of one.

We think someone is telling a few porkies to impress his new found following...
