We liked the old one.

Firstly, what was wrong with the £20 note? Nothing, arguably, it was purple, which I like to think was because of Prince.

But we can't leave good things alone so now someone has redesigned it. Have they put Prince on it, to honour the greatest musician that ever lived?

No. BBC reported that artist JMW Turner and his painting The Fighting Temeraire will feature on the new design of the Bank of England's £20 note. I don't know who either of those are and neither of them are Prince so I will not be endorsing this. Strictly £10 and £5 notes for me from here thanks.

Although it's not being introduced until 2020 so by that point my rage will no doubt have subsided and I'll have likely forgot about this childish outburst.

The Bank received 29,701 nominations from the public after it announced it wanted to celebrate an artist on the note.

Danny Dyer, Ainsley Harriott, Danny Dyer, Ross Kemp and Danny Dyer were inexplicably all overlooked.

True artists are never given the respect they deserve.
