England Vs Germany: How To Watch The Women’s Euros 2022 Final Match Online And TV Channel Today

How to watch and stream the England vs Germany Women's Euros 2022 final match

The Women’s Euros 2022 comes to a close this evening, with England’s Lionesses potentially just 90 (or 120 plus penalties) minutes away from making history.

The team have reached the Euro final on two previous occasions - in 1984 and 2009 - so they’ll be trying to make it third time lucky in front of a home crowd this year and take home the trophy for the first time.

The England team made it to the final of the first-ever women's Euros in 1984 but they were defeated by Sweden on penalties. This time, England is up against Germany, who have won the sporting championship eight times between 1989 and 2013, and who they last faced in the 2009 finals where they lost 6-2.

The team will be worthy opponents as, like England, they haven't lost a single match this tournament, having last won their semi final game against France 2-1. Germany have only not made it to the final twice since 1987.

Despite this, England's team have a strong side and, under the guidance of coach Sarina Wiegman, have a good shot at bringing the Lionesses victory home. The team have gone from strength to strength and have shown few signs of being impacted by the added pressure of hosting the tournament.

Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch England vs Germany online and on TV.
