Lad Starts Mental Health Campaign And Releases Music Video To Inspire Others
A lad from Stoke-on-Trent has started a mental health campaign in order to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health.
Daniel Bailey started the #SmileAgainstTheStigma campaign last year, and it reached thousands of people. The idea behind it was to get people to post a selfie of themselves smiling. Some people also used the opportunity to write about their personal experiences with mental health issues.
This year, the #SmileSelfies will be taking place again on April 1st, but this time they've even got a song and brand-spanking new music video.
