This Cat Is Apparently 'Too Ugly' To Get Adopted

He was left for dead by his owner.

A charity has taken in a cat that was deemed 'too ugly' to be adopted by anyone else.

Romeo was abandoned and left for dead in Spain, but he and his brothers and sisters were luckily rescued by Laura Llacer, who works at the Santuario Compasión Animal Rescue Centre.

However, after all his siblings managed to find new homes, he was left alone.

It looks like it's all down to his eye deformity, which gives him an unusual look. To be fair, I'm not a massive fan of cats but this guy is a bit of a legend.

The charity told Daily Mail: "[Romeo] spends his days playing and calling the attention of the volunteers to listen to him.

"It seems Romeo was a kitten to which no one wanted to give a home because they said he was ugly, and now people from all over the world have written us to ask for him.

"We hope that the story of Romeo will help to end a lot of prejudices and teach us that what is important, what unites us, is the desire to live."

Mate, I'm not even arsed about my cat allergy. Send him over to TheLADbible office, we'll look after him. Wherefore art he already?

Want to get in touch with them and take him in? Here you go.
