The list of the greatest rappers of all time could go on and on. One name that should be added to the list is that of 78-year-old great-grandmother of five, Norma Clarke.
She may have just suffered a severe nosebleed at her home in Castle Vale, Birmingham, but that didn't stop her from spitting some bars for the paramedics in the back of the ambulance.
