The Weakest Link Contestant Asks Anne Robinson For Some 'Rumpy-Pumpy'

Remember The Weakest Link? Turns out it was absolutely wild. Watch a contestant ask presenter Anne Robinson for some post-show 'rumpy-pumpy' here:

One of the hallmarks of the gameshow - which ran from 2000 to 2012 - was Robinson's sarcastic mockery, which saw her belittle contestants at any given opportunity between rounds.

But in this unearthed clip, things quickly turned pretty weird between her and 18-year-old aspiring dentist Milan.

When Robinson probed him about his work experience, she asked if he could say 'open up, open a bit wider', to which he replied: "That's my classic chat-up line."

Robinson then asked him to try it on her, and he duly obliged, before she queried: "What are you looking forward to at university? A bit of rumpy-pumpy?"

After Milan blushed a little and laughed off her enquiry, Robinson asserted: "You don't know what rumpy-pumpy is. What's rumpy-pumpy? You don't know, you're just pretending you know what rumpy-pumpy is."

With his rumpy-pumpy awareness getting relentlessly undermined, Milan struck back with a curveball.

He said: "OK Anne, you'll just have to show me after the show."

Clearly taken aback by the teen's unexpected advance, Robinson glanced away awkwardly before briskly moving things along, evidently not interested in a bit of post-show rumpy-pumpy.

Turns out The Weakest Link was absolute smut. Who knew?

Another interaction from the show resurfaced earlier this week, not because it was awkward and bawdy, but because it was just outright unpleasant.

In the now-viral clip, 76-year-old Robinson - who was recently announced as the new presenter of Countdown - mocks a single mum, joking that her sons had ASBOs (antisocial behaviour orders) and that she was probably claiming benefits.

Obviously, the show was known for Robinson's acerbic grillings, but judging by the reaction on social media, she missed the mark on this occasion.

Commenting on the video, one viewer said: "Utterly disgraceful. Such contempt for working class people."

Another wrote: "Absolutely disgusting. I don't even know where to start. From the classism to the homophobia."

A third commented: "I appreciate that this was scripted. it's nasty, degrading and abhorrent. The lady may have known what questions were about to be asked. However it pushes a very disturbing narrative, that has been fed insidiously to us. Whether we're conscious of it or it or not."
