For many of us in isolation, the boredom is real - but Jason Derulo and his girlfriend Jena Frume have put their time to good use, and decided to smash every single TikTok challenge that comes their way.

Like many, they've turned to social media to kill time while they wait for this whole global pandemic malarkey to blow over.

One new video shows them try the #standupchallenge, in which they make it look pretty effortless. As you can see from the video above, their first attempt didn't exactly go to plan.

Derulo shared it on TikTok, writing: "I tried to catch her @jenafrumes @brookeamelia18 @realestmannyfresh #moodboost #fyp #fail."

But, after what must have been days of practice, they shared the final thing, and they absolutely smashed it.

Derulo starts kneeling down on all fours, while Jenna stands balancing on his back. He then stands up a bit with each beat while she stays on his back.

In another video shared on Instagram by Jena, the pair try another trick, where it looks like they defy gravity in slow motion over their swimming pool.

In the caption, Jena wrote: "Did we make it look easy?"

If she's referring to isolation in a massive house with a pool, then yeah, you're making it look very easy.

However, she's likely to be referring to the trick over the pool, and yes, that is also impressive.

People are obviously turning to TikTok to try and beat their boredom as we make a collective effort to stop Covid-19 from spreading.

Another of the latest crazes appears to be - wait for it - walking in on your significant other while they are having a work video chat or trying to play video games, wearing absolutely nothing at all.

Sure, it's hardly the most inventive and exciting method of pranking your partner, but desperate times call for desperate measures, don't they?

The craze started when one woman filmed the reaction of her boyfriend trying to distract him from playing video games, but it has quickly accelerated to bored folks attempting to put their other halves off while they are working, and having potentially important business to attend to.

Hey, it beats going outside and putting loads of other people at risk, doesn't it?

Let's all bring some positivity, support and fun to anyone who might find themselves in isolation as a result of the coronavirus spread. Need some entertainment? Join Isolation Nation: https://www.facebook.com/groups/coronasupport/
