Woman's Braided Hairdo Goes Viral - Not In A Good Way

It's all too easy to play it safe when it comes to haircuts and stick with the tried and tested. After all, if you try something new and it doesn't turn out how you hoped then you risk public humiliation.

However, it's rare that a haircut goes so badly wrong that you become the subject of viral ridicule - which brings us nicely to Exhibit A.

The woman in question went for a fairly elaborate braided look, but to some it ended up looking like 'the throbbiest of penises'.

Style blogger, Stephanie Yeboah, shared pictures of the barnet along with the caption: "I must be tired because I thought this was the throbbiest of penises."

However, judging by the reaction, you don't have to be tired to think the haircut looks like the throbbiest of penises. The tweet has been liked more than 2,000 times and the comments reveal that many people mistook the braids for a big bellend.

One person said: "Nope I'm high and definitely thought it was a penis."

Another said: "It wasn't until I read your tweet that I realised it wasn't."

A third added: "Nope .I thought you'd just posted a giant penis too... my eyes were shooketh."

So yeah, don't think that is the reaction the woman was hoping for... I wonder whether her heart sank when the hairdresser did that thing where they hold up a mirror so you can look at the back? Did she think her head had been transformed into a massive throbbing penis?

We're assuming of course that this wasn't what she was after. For all we know she might have walked into the salon and asked for 'a d***head all over', in which case the hairdresser did a great job. I guess we'll never know.

However, one barber most definitely meant to create a hairy penis in August, after a customer asked for 'something different'. The barber duly obliged, shaving a penis into the man's head and creating a viral video in the process.

Fair play he did ask for something different, and he did a very thorough job of it too, even shaving out a little helmet and pee hole and finishing it off with a cut throat razor. What really makes it though is the man's raging reaction - and the fact he keeps trying to look at it, seemingly unaware you can't see the back of your own head.

... So just be wary who you entrust the scissors to folks.
