UFO Conspiracy Theorists Reckon Something’s Weird About This NASA Video

It must be pretty cool to be an astronaut on the International Space Station, getting to see that amazing view of Earth every day. You'd get to watch massive weather events develop, like Hurricane Irma or the Northern Lights, as well as see countries in a completely different light.
However, you might witness the odd strange sight every now.
Some of the latest images from the International Space Station have caused UFO conspiracy theorists to go wild with ideas about what they think they're seeing.
Check out the footage here:

If you need a hand with what we're talking about, it's these three circular looking objects which appear from the top, right-hand corner of the video.

While it might seem like harmless clouds to some people, YouTube page ThirdPaseOfMoon thinks otherwise. It's run by Blake and Brett Cousins, however the duo can't pinpoint what the circles are.
Blake says: "We've got three strange anomalies...drifting downwards just above the earth's atmosphere. Is this something extra-terrestrial?"
His brother Brett adds: "They're definitely not lens flares. They look almost like smoke rings, that's what captured my eyes. They seem to be drifting. Could these be just anomalous clouds? I'm not sure."
Brett says it would be strange to have clouds that small in that area, considering the rest of the landscape doesn't contain any other cloud movement. He hypothesises that the rings could be portals or chemtrails.
Chemtrails, for the uninitiated, are believed by conspiracy theorists, to be the lines that are left in the sky by high-flying aircrafts. The theory is that the trails contain chemical or biological agents which eventually land on the public for an unknown reason.
The brothers complain that the reason they can't get to the bottom of this is because NASA has downgraded the image quality of their live stream. They hint that the space agency has deliberately done this to keep pesky conspiracy theorists, like them, away from discovering aliens.
Brett says: "We need to see HD and maybe 4K quality, 24/7 from NASA, and we should actually petition that. This is basically uncalled for.
"Seeing 480p, it's hard to really discern what is truth and what is fake."
It doesn't seem like they've sold their viewers on the idea it could be something extra-terrestrial, with many comments saying the three rings are nothing but clouds.
What do you think?
