Jason Isaacs appears in season three of Sex Education, which comes out on Friday.
The series resumed production in August following a break brought on by the pandemic and, now that things are back up and running again, the show has shared details of three new characters set to appear in the new episode.
Jason Isaacs is an English actor and is famously known for roles in Black Hawk Down, Captain Hook, Harry Potter, Abduction, to name a few.
Isaacs recently revealed that he joined the cast of Sex Education in part thanks to his teen daughters.
"I originally started watching it with my children," Isaacs told the New York Post from his home in London, where he lives with his 16 and 19-year-old daughters and his wife, filmmaker Emma Hewitt.
"That quickly took a sharp left turn, because nobody wants to watch this with their children," he said, referring to the show's frequently raunchy scenes.
"But I'm a huge fan and my daughters were kind of thrilled that I joined the cast, but having a father who has any kind of profile at all is excruciating to them.
"They don't want to be known as 'Lucius Malfoy's daughter' or whatever, so the notion that I'm in Sex Education is mortifying, because it's one of their favourite shows."
Actor Jason Isaacs played the villainous Lucius Malfoy in a whopping five Harry Potter movies, ending with The Deathly Hallows Part 2.
Lucius Malfoy was a loyal servant of Voldemort to a fault throughout his time on screen.
His new role, however, will see him portray as Peter Groff, however, we won't know until viewing the new series what his quirks and quarks are.
In the new episodes, Isaacs will play as Michael Groff's older and more successful brother who Michael has been staying with since his separation from his wife Maureen.
