How Much Does Adele Earn?

Adele is one of the most successful artists to ever come out of the UK. She has sold millions of albums and won countless awards

Adele is possibly one of the most successful artists to ever come out of the UK. The legendary singer/songwriter has sold millions of albums worldwide, won a total of 15 Grammys and has even won an Oscar for best original song for Skyfall in 2013.

Her debut album 19 (2008) became an absolute global success, reaching number one in the Netherlands and the UK, whilst also hitting the top 10 in fifteen countries such as Australia, Brazil and even the US.

However, this hardly compares to the success of her follow-up album 21, which ended up selling 352,000 copies within its first week.

The song ‘Someone Like You’ which features on the celebrated album, has an astonishing 1.3 billion streams on Spotify.

So, with such an incredible career behind her, how much is the 34-year-old earning at the moment?

How Much Does Adele Earn?

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Adele is worth a staggering $220 million (£180 million).

However, a net worth doesn’t tell the whole story, so fans are still interested to know how much Adele is making at the moment.

The acclaimed artist obviously has many sources of income, one of them being concerts.

While Adele doesn't make the exact same amount of money per concert, it does look like she gets paid millions for each one.

For example, although Adele’s Vegas concert residency, ’Weekends with Adele’ was postponed earlier this year, Billboard estimated that she brought in $50 million in presale tickets alone.

We’re also certain that her performance at Hyde Park this weekend is sure to bring in a hefty profit.

However, concerts aren’t Adele’s only source of revenue, this is clear as in 2018 alone, despite not releasing an album or going on tour, Adele still managed to draw in the equivalent of $120,000 per day!

One of her main profiting exploits is her ownership of Melted Stone Publishing Ltd. The record label and publishing company enables the singer to profit in ways other than album sales and concerts, such as from lyrics and sheet music.

For example, in 2018, the company acquired $44 million, $8 million of which she took as a personal dividend.

So with all this fortune what has the music icon spent her wealth on?

Regarding property, Adele owns an enormous £9 million estate in West Sussex and also paid $58 million for Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Park mansion in 2021.
