Fans have been waiting for months, and the latest instalment is nearly here.
It will skip a cinema release this time and go straight to streaming on Amazon Prime.
You’ve got plenty of time to binge watch the first three if you haven’t seen them (or need a refresher). The first film, After, is on Netflix, while After We Collided and After We Fell are available on Amazon Prime.
You might want to avoid social media for spoilers, as the film is being released in the US on Netflix today, September 7, so UK fans have a little longer to wait.
It’s also been confirmed that another sequel is coming, called After Everything. Fans of the books thought that After Ever Happy was going to be the last in the series.
The trailer for After Ever Happy arrived on Amazon Prime UK back in July, and fans have been loving it.

“I’ve waited so long for this movie. I’ve reread all the books and rewatched the movies more than once. Love all about it and I’m soooo excited,” added another.
This fan agreed: “I’m a huge fan of the After films, I cannot wait for the next one to come out, the trailer looks epic.”

The two lead lovers are Tess and Hardin, played by Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin. The films are based on Ann Todd’s best selling novels. Hero is best known for playing young Tom Riddle in Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince, and if the name wasn’t a giveaway, he counts Ralph and Joseph Fiennes as his uncles. Josephine also starred in Moxie, directed by Amy Poehler.
