It's awesome when you see celebrities reach out to regular folk like us, but it's even more heart-warming when it's to someone who's battling an illness. That was never more evident than when Stephen Amell, who most known for his starring role in Arrow, met Sarah at San Diego Comic-Con.
Sarah, who's dressed up like Amell's TV show character, approached the microphone and told him, and the crowd, that she was trying to get through cancer.
Check out what happens next:
In 2014, Amell teamed up with a charity to sell a whopping 60,000 t-shirts which said, 'Fuck Cancer', and little Sarah wanted to know whether he'd release more of the garments as a fundraiser.
He did say he definitely will do that, but in the interim, the 36-year-old decided to give the youngster an arrow necklace that his buddy had hand-made. The crowd erupted in cheers as Sarah came to the front of the stage and accepted her gift.
After the event, Sarah's stepdad commented on Stephen's Twitter picture, thanking him for the offer.
People on social media thought it was the kindest gift.
It's not the only charity that Stephen has been involved in, in 2015 he launched a campaign to raise awareness and funds for two mental health charities: Paws and Stripes, and Stand For The Silent. A few months later he raised money for a children's hospice in Toronto by appearing on WWE Raw.
He even competed on American Celebrity Ninja Warrior, and donated $5,000 (£3,815) to Comic Relief after completing the whole course.
