A football fan was stunned when a woman on holiday gave him a fake phone number, only realising when he tried video calling it to see none other than Maya Jama answer. Watch his chat with the TV and radio presenter below:
Luke Worley, 28, was on holiday in Kos, Greece, when he and his mates got talking to a group of women.
He asked one for their number so that they could all meet up again, and decided to give them a shout the next day when England played Germany in their Euro 2020 clash.
What Luke didn't realise at the time, however, was that his new acquaintance had given him a false number, meaning when he tried calling her, it didn't quite go as planned.
Luke, who owns weight management product company ToTone and is on Instagram at @lukeworley1, told LADbible: "The island was really quiet - there weren't many Brits there - but we'd seen these girls a couple of times just walking past, and then we saw them in this Stone Roses bar.
"We ended up talking to them for an hour or so, having a few drinks, getting a bit drunk and then I asked for her number.
"The next day England were playing Germany. We were in a bar and we were a bit drunk - we'd been drinking all day, as you can imagine - and we tried calling these girls to see where they are.
"I tried to ring a normal phone call at first through WhatsApp because I was connected to the WiFi in the bar.
"It said 'Connecting' and then it just didn't go through, it just crashed. So I thought I'd try a video call - it rang once, and Maya Jama answered."
At first, Luke thought the woman he'd met the night before was playing a prank on him, but it soon became clear that Jama was as baffled as he was.
Luke, from Essex, continued: "She was like, 'Who are you?'
"And I was like, 'Oh, I was calling for Sarah!'"
Jama told him her name, and he replied: "I know who you are!"
He added: "As soon as she answered I knew exactly who it was. We were both giving each other the same look - like, 'What the hell?'."
Luke said Jama was a 'good sport' about the whole thing, and they ended up talking for a while before she got called away - having been in the middle of rehearsing for Crouchy's Year-Late Euros, already wearing her England top.
He recalled: "We had a conversation, we spoke about the show that she's doing at the minute with Crouchy - that's what she was doing, she was getting ready for that.
"She was really nice about it, she couldn't have been any better.
"A lot of people in the public eye would have probably just put the phone down or something or blocked my number."
Luke said the exchange was 'surreal', while Jama kept saying how 'crazy' it all felt.
Sadly, she didn't have any time to offer up any dating advice, as one of her producers called her out to continue rehearsals.
Luke later shared a photo from his unexpected chat with Jama, writing on Twitter: "So I got chatting to some girl called Sarah on holiday in Kos and she gave me her number...The next day I tried calling her and she gave me the wrong number....Turned out the random number she gave me was @MayaJama. Actually mental."
His post has since racked up thousands of likes, and was even quote-tweeted by Jama herself, who said: "Looool the most random phone call ever."
Luke said it's been a bit of a 'mad' 24 hours and that the story had simply 'blown up'.
Hopefully it'll be the proof he needs for any his sceptical mates, admitting some simply didn't believe him.
"A couple of my friends were with me and they were like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe that', and they kind of jumped over my shoulder and had a little look on the phone," he said.
"And then my other friends were like 'No you didn't!'"
He added of his new pal: "She's a good sport."
