N.W.A's controversial and groundbreaking manager Jerry Heller has passed away at the age of 75.
Heller, immortalised in Straight Outta Compton by Paul Giamatti, brought the likes of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube to the world and founding Ruthless Records.
The controversial manager had been dogged by accusations of stealing by Dr. Dre and Ice Cube up until his dying day.
Heller had an outstanding $110 million defamation lawsuit against the producers of Straight Outta Compton over the way in which he was portrayed.
He'd also worked with other huge acts like Elton John, Pink Floyd, The Who, Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye and Tina Turner during his illustrious career.
RIP.
