Orlando Bloom has said he's not having enough sex following the birth of his daughter with fiancée Katy Perry.

Bloom, 44, was interviewed by The Guardian as part of its weekly 'The Q&A' series, in which celebrities are asked a number of questions that cover everything from greatest loves to near-death experiences.

One question often posed to interviewees in the series is: "How often do you have sex?"

Bloom's response? Straight to the point, as he said: "Not enough - we just had a baby, though."

I mean, it's certainly better than saying 'UGH, way too much, please make it stop'... Right?

Bloom wasn't just quizzed on his sex life, however.

The star also spoke about the closest brush with death he's ever had, recalling: "At 20, I fell from a fourth-floor window and broke my back. For four days they said I'd never walk again, but I had a miraculous recovery."

He was also asked to name the greatest love of his life, to which he responded: "My son, Flynn, and my daughter, Daisy Dove, a dog called Mighty and then, of course, my fiancée."

Bloom has a 10-year-old son called Flynn from his previous marriage to model Miranda Kerr.

After they divorced in 2013, he started dating singer Katy Perry and the two became engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019.

Bloom and Perry then welcomed their first child together, Daisy Dove Bloom, in August last year.

The couple made the announcement with UNICEF, the organisation that they serve as Goodwill Ambassadors for.

In a statement, the happy mum and dad wrote: "We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter. But we know we're the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was.

"Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes.

"Since Covid-19, many more newborn lives are at risk because of a greater lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases. As parents to a newborn, this breaks our hearts, as we empathise with struggling parents now more than ever.

"In celebration of the heart we know our daughter already has, we have set up a donation page to celebrate DDB's arrival."
