The Weeknd Changes Instagram Picture After Fan Posts Drawing Of Him

It looks like the singer is rather fond of the illustration...

I would hazard a guess that it's pretty flattering when someone wants to draw you. Take Rose and Jack as a prime example.

Popstars as well, it would seem, have their fair share of fan doodles and The Weeknd is no exception to that statement.

But when one fan opted to draw him, it probably wasn't expected that the 30-year-old 'Blinding Lights' singer would see it.

Well, not only has he seen it, The Weeknd has actually changed his profile picture on Instagram to the one of the illustration.

The person claiming to have drawn the picture goes by the name 'albert' on Twitter and on New Year's Eve, he tweeted to say: "i drew the weeknd'.

Looking into the comments from the private investigators of social media, it would seem that the picture was created back in 2017, but only now has it come to The Weeknd's attention.

Whenever it was drawn, it's pretty funny that The Weeknd has changed his Instagram profile picture to show his... um... support.

Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "LMAOOOO NO F***ING WAY," while another added: "He's goated for this lmao."

As many slated the picture, another defended it - writing: "Not ya'll mocking the artist. I love the sketch honestly, I dig the vibe."

One person who didn't get such a reaction from sharing a drawing was Billie Eilish, who lost thousands of followers when she shared her own illustration of... boobs.

The 19-year-old took part in the ongoing viral trend where Instagram users ask their followers what photos they'd like to see and then share them - in this instance someone asked Eilish to post 'a drawing you're really proud of'.

So, she did and the drawings in question were of various parts of women's bodies - including boobs - and some snakes.

Posting the photo, she wrote: "These probably lol I love boobs." Don't we all.

Well, that might not be the case because it appears around 100,000 of her followers are not so keen.

In a later update, Eilish shared a screenshot of a tweet from a fan who had posted her follower numbers before and after she put up the boob drawings, showing the sharp drop.

However, it seems as though Eilish is not too bothered by losing some followers, as she wrote alongside the post: "LMFAOOO. Y'all babies. SMH."
