Al Pacino's girlfriend Noor Alfallah files for custody of child as actor's rep denies split

Al Pacino's girlfriend Noor Alfallah files for custody of child as actor's rep denies split

It comes just three months after the Scarface actor welcomed his fourth child with Noor Alfallah.

Al Pacino’s girlfriend has filed for physical custody of their child, but the actor's rep has said the couple have not split.

It comes just three months after the Scarface actor welcomed his fourth child Roman with Noor Alfallah, 29, who is now seeking full custody of their young son.

Legal paperwork filled on Wednesday (Sept 6) seen by The Blast, Page Six and Entertainment Tonight shows that Alfallah has asked for full physical custody of their young son – with Pacino, 83, being allowed ‘reasonable visitation’.

Despite Alfallah filing for custody, Pacino's reps have denied the pair have split.

The Godfather star would share legal custody – giving him the right to be involved in medical, religious and educational matters.

Alfallah, the filing states, is also requesting Pacino pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.

Though no amount was specified, it did state: "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party."

It's likely that a judge would give an amount in later hearings, based on what Alfallah initially requests.

The paperwork also included a signed copy of a 'voluntary declaration of parentage', proving that Pacino is their son's biological father.

In the legal document, Alfallah said that she had conceived the child after 'sexual intercourse' with the veteran A-Lister.

Following reports of the custody filing in LA, there have been rumours that the pair have gone their separate ways and split up.

Pacino's representatives have denied this though.

In a statement given to Entertainment Tonight, a representative for Pacino has stated that this is definitely not the case.

Stan Rosenfield said that the pair were 'together'.

"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman," he said. "They are together."

When asked why the producer had filed for custody though, Rosenfield responded: "That is a question for Noor."

The statement comes just three months after the 29-year-old and Pacino welcome their son.

Prior to the custody filling, the couple had been together since the pandemic and later decided to start a family together.

Roman Alfallah Pacino was then born in Cedar's Sinai Hospital on June 6, not long after the A-lister announced he was to become a parent again.

Pacino also has three older children from previous relationships with two women.

His eldest Julie Pacino is 33, while his twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino are 22.

LADbible has contacted Al Pacino's representatives for further comment.
