When it comes to skateboarding, the first name you think of is Tony Hawk. With golf, it's Tiger Woods.

And with bodybuilding, it's Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The seven-time Mr Olympia - who went on to dominate Hollywood - is synonymous with the sport.

"Not many people understand what a pump is," he says.

"It must be experienced to be understood. It is the greatest feeling that I get.

"I search for this pump because it means that that my muscles will grow when I get it.

"I get a pump when the blood is running into my muscles.

"They become really tight with blood. Like the skin is going to explode any minute. It’s like someone putting air in my muscles. It blows up. It feels fantastic."

While going to the gym isn't everyone's idea of fun, it was certainly Arnold's.

"Bodybuilding should be fun because you get a feeling of satisfaction which is very hard to explain," he said.

"A bodybuilder knows when he pumps up his muscles it means growth.

"The muscles grow. So, therefore, he knows when he pumps up well, that is progress.

"And that satisfies him because he feels the progress in his body.

"Therefore the pump feels good. It’s actually the best feeling a bodybuilder can have. It’s a difficult thing to explain.

"Like sometimes we joke around and we get a good pump and we say you have to admit that a good pump is better than coming.

"Somebody off the street wouldn’t understand that, but sometimes a pump is the best feeling you can have."

However, after 57 years, one of his most coveted records has been broken - by a 19-year-old phenomenon.

Arnold made history when he won the Mr Universe title at the age of just 20.

It meant that he became the youngest ever to get a 'pro card', too.

Teen Anton Ratushnyi has won three NPC (National Physique Committee) titles in a row and picked up his 'pro card' a year younger than 'The Terminator'.

He picked up the NPC national division title in Texas at the weekend.

The pro card means he is no longer classed as an amateur.

With over 200,000 followers on Instagram, his popularity is quickly rising.

One fan commented: “How was he not gonna win haha. Dude looks like sculpted stone.”

Another wrote: “Congrats!! Looking forward to see what you do! LIMITLESS!!!”

A third added: “Cant imagine wanting to become a BB (bodybuilder) and then u have to go against this dude.”
