Bhad Bhabie sued over $675,000 debt despite earning around $1,480,000 from OnlyFans

The rapper allegedly hasn't been paying off her credit card

Bhad Bhabie has been sued for nearly $675,000 (£494,162) by American Express.

Despite earning roughly $1,480,000 (£1,084,000) from OnlyFans alone, the 22-year-old allegedly had unpaid credit card charges. It is claimed the rapper breached a credit agreement by failing to make her payments.

Real name Danielle Peskowitz Bregoli, she of course first shot to viral fame when she instantly became a meme thanks to her Dr. Phil appearance back in 2016.

As a young teen, she was on the show with her mum for a segment titled: “I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime.

And as we all know (well, some people seem to somehow forget it’s the same person), she challenged the audience with her infamous one-liner: “Catch me outside, how about that?”

With her accent spinning that phrase into the meme hall of fame, Bregoli went on to have a turbulent few years of probation and music.

Releasing her debut single ‘These Heaux’ in 2017, Bhad Bhabie signed with Atlantic Records and has since toured and had her own diss track feud with Tavis Barker’s daughter, Alabama.

And just six days after turning 18 in 2021, she opened an OnlyFans account, reportedly earning over $1 million (£732,400) in the first six hours.

She is now one of the highest paid creators on the subscription-based platform, earning roughly that whopping $1,480,000 a month.

But despite absolutely raking it in on there, it’s alleged Bhad Bhabie stopped making payments to the credit card company around December 2024.

American Express claims it extended credit to the star in April 2021.

“Plaintiff extended credit to Defendant for purchases and/or cash advances by Defendants and/or persons acting with Defendants’ permission on the American Express account XXXX‑XXXX‑X5000 (the “Account”)," court documents obtained by People read.

"Defendant promised to repay Plaintiff for all charges, fees, and interest on the Account by paying the balance in full every month or by making monthly payments.”

The company alleges Bregoli owes the full balance owed and is seeking damages for her breaching the contract.

In a pretty recent feature with Interview Magazine, the star referred to OnlyFans as ‘a good way to make a lot of money really fast’.

In a statement to The Shade Room, Bhad Bhabie said in response to the allegations of the suing: “Sh*t not true. Where do they get this sh*t from?”

LADbible has contacted American Express and Bhad Bhabie’s reps for comment.
