Cara Delevingne confirms she had a romantic relationship with Amber Heard
Cara Delevingne has confirmed that she had a romantic relationship with Amber Heard while Heard was divorcing Johnny Depp.
It had long been rumoured that Delevingne and Heard were more than just friends, there was even speculation that the two women had a threesome with Tesla boss and Heard’s ex Elon Musk.
Musk has previously shut down the rumours, telling Page Six in 2020: "Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this.”
However, while she may not have been intimate with Musk, Delevingne has now confirmed that she was ‘entangled’ with Heard.

Speaking on the latest episode of The Louis Theroux Podcast, Delevingne, 33, was asked by Theroux if she was ‘going to mention the Johnny Depp thing’ adding: “He was driven crazy by the idea that Amber might be sleeping with you.”
Delevingne responded: “Am I meant to comment? It's because we did a movie together, and it was called London Fields. He was also doing the movie. I think he was pretty driven crazy by jealousy. Nothing was happening at that point. Later, after they divorced, it had, I suppose.”
She added: “No, I don't suppose. I know. Yeah.”
Digging a bit deeper into the nature of the relationship, Theroux suggested the word ‘entanglement’ and Delevingne admitted she wasn’t sure of its meaning and asked if it was ‘bad’.
“I think it means a relatively short-lived liaison or series of physical encounters,” Theroux said.
Delevingne then confirmed: “We were close for a long time, and then when they were going through the divorce, yeah, we were entangled, I suppose.
“But she was also entangled with other people.”
Elsewhere in the new interview, Delevingne opened up about how she found it difficult to come out as a lesbian.
She told Theroux: “It's hard being gay. I think basic human instinct is to go for an easier path. But you can't fight against who you are.”
“I think there was always an element of people poking fun at it, which was fine because I did it too, people close to me.
“Because also, I guess I didn't feel very seen for it, but I also know that my own personality is, I would take the piss of myself, brush it under the rug, and not want to talk about it. But there's a part deep down that you always want to feel understood a bit more.”
Delevingne recently released new music, with songs titled I Forgot and Out Of My Head.
In an Instagram post she said: “Music. It’s forever been my biggest fear and my greatest love. I Forgot and Out of my Head are the first peek inside my stream of consciousness over the last few years. I cannot quite believe we are finally here.”
As an actress she has had roles in films including Suicide Squad and Tulip Fever, and previously sung on songs by other artists such as Pharrell Williams and St Vincent.
She was also among the famous faces pictured in the stands recently at the World Cup when England beat Panama.
