Channing Tatum finally addresses rumours he’s behind burner account targeting Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles
Channing Tatum has finally addressed rumours that he’s behind an Instagram burner account that takes swipes at his ex-girlfriend fiancée Zoë Kravitz and her new fiancé Harry Styles.
In case you missed it, over the weekend an anonymous Instagram account using the handle @bidness_nonya went viral after eagle-eyed fans of the celebrity couple noticed it was leaving mean comments on posts.
One comment read: “Just here for the hate” on an image of the couple.
In another online exchange, the account wrote: “When I see these two I think back at how her former fiancé called her the most intentional person he knows. I wonder how contextual he was being…” when asked by another Instagram user what they meant, the account replied: “To me intentional = calculated.

"He was speaking in terms of film-making but leaning towards her as a person in general too. Now she is constantly spotted with Harry compared to the ex who we heard about long before they were seen together. And when they were seen together it was far less frequent. It could be nothing but it just made me think.”
Of course, unfortunately, celebrity snark accounts are nothing new, but this one hit headlines when someone discovered that it had just one follower: Channing Tatum, which sparked speculation online that he was the one behind it.
After the account went viral, Tatum reportedly unfollowed it and the account unfollowed him.
But the mystery was then deepened as the account was then deactivated.
Tatum had initially not spoken about the rumours, however, he has now issued a statement and has slammed claims that he is running the burner account.
In a post shared on official Instagram page, Tatum wrote: “Yo I truly can’t believe y’all think this is what I’m doing with my free time.
“F***ing hilarious. Also, why would I follow a burner account if I didn’t want people to connect it to me? WTF come on.
“But if I really need to say it, I only have one IG account @channingtatum.”
So, that clears that up then.
As for why Tatum was seemingly following the account, pop culture commentator Stephanie Tleiji, who posts under the handle @stephwithdadeets, said it’s likely that the Nonya Bidness profile was a Tatum fan page that recently changed its handle and began the troll comments.
She also unearthed an old post that claimed the account owner’s birthday was in June, unlike Tatum’s, which is in April, and found that it had previously posted about a range of other celebrities.
Interestingly, Tatum’s ex-wife Jenna Dewan ‘liked’ a post from Tleiji that shared all of this evidence that he was not behind the account, seemingly showing she was in agreement that the whole thing was nothing more than a bizarre online rumour.
Meanwhile, the account itself also reportedly responded to claims it was run by Tatum, replying: “I’m not him, boo, go read a book.”
Tatum started dating Kravitz in 2021 and the pair got engaged in 2023.
However, the relationship wasn’t to be and they decided to split the following year.
Kravitz has since moved on with One Directioner Styles and reportedly got engaged earlier this year.
Tatum has since been linked to model Inka Williams but appears to be happy keeping his private life out of the spotlight.
