Jack Grealish and his girlfriend have announced they are expecting their first child.
While he’s been ‘snubbed’ from being in England’s Euro 2024 squad, it seems the Manchester City winger has happily been keeping a secret at home with girlfriend Sasha Attwood.
The pair of childhood sweethearts have been together through all of Grealish’s professional football career so far – and all his wild celebratory seshes.
And now they are expecting their first child together, announcing the news last night (7 July) with a heartwarming post on Instagram.

Each of them shared a sweet photo of Attwood’s baby bump, with Grealish hugging her from behind and both of their hands cradling the pregnancy bump.
The footballer captioned the post with: “Life’s biggest blessing,” with a baby emoji and a, well, a Man City-shade blue heart.
Attwood also shared the photo separately (no collab posts here it seems) as she wrote in the caption: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”
The mum and dad-to-be have been dating since they were just teens at school in Solihull together. And after following him from Aston Villa to the Manchester side, the model has reportedly been supporting him through his injuries last season and while he’s been left out of the England squad for the Euros.
But now it looks like getting to stay at home together hasn’t been such a bad thing as it’s meant Grealish has been able to support Attwood during her pregnancy.
It’s not yet known when the loved-up pair are expecting their first child to be born.
The well wishes have of course flowed in on Instagram with his many footballer pals, including the likes of Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham giving their congratulations.
His Man City teammate Josh Wilson-Esbrand wrote: “Congrats broski,” as Aston Villa’s Matty Cash put: “Congrats brother!!”
Basically, there’s a whole load of footballers wishing their ‘brother’ a big ‘congratulations’ while some fans even joke: “We got Jack Grealish being pregnant before GTA 6.”
And while some can’t help but objectify with: “Not mentally prepared for dilfy Jack pics,” others wrote of this ‘transfer’: “Done deal! Jack Grealish to Fatherhood confirmed.”
Plenty celebrated: "A MINI GREALISH YESSS!" as many said: "Love this guys, congrats."
Well, congrats to Attwood and Grealish! A future football star on the way?
