Jennifer Lopez has set the record straight over reports that she's dating co-star Brett Goldstein.
The actors are busy promoting their upcoming romcom, Office Romance, which sees a high-powered CEO (Lopez) with a strict policy against fraternisation accidentally develop feelings for a lawyer (Goldstein) who's recently started working for her company.
So it was only inevitable before rumours of the pair having some sort of romantic entanglement crossed over into the real world.
Lopez and Goldstein had appeared rather smitten with one another during the Netflix film's Los Angeles premiere last week, laughing and gazing into each other's eyes while walking the red carpet.

Throw in the fact that the Ted Lasso actor had previously shared his admiration for the singer on social media, and it didn't take long for speculation to go viral.

So I hate to be the one to dash the hopes of a Goldstein/Lopez romance, but the actors have firmly shut down the idea during a new interview.
During an appearance on the Today show, host Savannah Guthrie quizzed the pair about the romance rumours – only to end up 'flustered' by their response.
Responding to Gutherie's question about whether or not their on-screen chemistry had continued after the cameras stopped rolling, Lopez replied: "There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person."
"I think if you stand near her, that's what happens," Goldstein joked, adding: "That's why I've been standing so close this whole time."
However, Guthrie wasn't satisfied with the answer and decided to push the pair further, telling the pair that she did not consider their responses an actual answer.
Which is fair enough.
However, Lopez didn't see things that way, saying that rumours of her dating costars often spring up – none of which turn out to be true.
"That was not an answer? It was an answer! Because all these people that they put me with, I think I was with Kevin Costner this year. I was with... there was a lot of people," she said. "It happens all the time. Doesn't make it true."
And just to make sure it was crystal clear for everyone watching, Guthrie pressed the pair on the topic once more, to which Lopez replied: "Not dating."
"Correct," Goldstein added.
So there you have it, Brett Goldstein and Jennifer Lopez are not dating, just promoting a romcom movie together. They wouldn't be the first co-stars to do so either – anyone remember the Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell rumours?
