Katy Perry’s celebrity ex responded after she admitted that he was ‘better in bed’ than Orlando Bloom.

The ‘Dark Horse’ singer has been engaged to the British actor since 2019, but it seems it’s the old flames who shine brighter in certain departments.

Let’s not deny it, the celebrity couple have had their fair share of viral moments, from that paddleboard photo to the sexual act Perry offers Bloom for getting a simple chore done.

However, it’s not all been sunshine and rainbows as back in 2017, they actually separated just 10 months into dating. And it was during that period when the Pirates of the Caribbean star fell short in the between-the-sheets rankings.

During an appearance on James Corden’s old The Late Late Show, Perry took part in a game of ‘Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts'.

This, of course, puts stars to the test as they face the difficult choice of answering a question or eating something gross.

So, the Gavin and Stacey star took it as an opportunity to ask about her past relationships, getting her to rank her exes in order of their performance in bed.

“This is working on the notion that they're all good. Rank John Mayer, Diplo and Orlando Bloom,” Corden said.

And while Perry initially wanted to avoid it, she caved in rather than eating a ‘1,000-year-old egg’.

While the ‘Firework’ singer said ‘all three are exceptional’, she put Diplo in third, her now fiancé Bloom in second and Mayer on top.

The 'California Gurls' singer clarified: "Gentlemen, I love you and you know that I love you and it's not about that, it's just maybe I just haven't had enough time to have sex with you."

And while Bloom hasn’t publicly addressed those old comments, Mayer did.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the ‘Free Fallin’' singer simply responded: "I don't have a cool-enough thought for you."

Perry and Mayer dated on and off from 2012 to 2015. And Diplo who she had a romance with back in 2014 took to X to – pretty brutally – say: “I don’t even remember having sex.”

Ouch.

But either way, maybe Bloom’s back on top now as the pair have been happily together again since 2018. The stars also share a daughter together, Dasisy Dove, who was born on 26 August 2020.
