Martin Freeman secretly got hitched to his partner of six-years Rachel Benaissa.
The Office star, 55, and 32-year-old Benaissa were seen walking the red carpet at the London Film Festival on Wednesday (14 October evening), with eagle-eyed fans quickly spotting a huge sparkler on the French writer and actor's ring finger.
The pair appeared loved-up as they posed for the cameras, with Benaissa cuddling into her new-husband with a huge smile on her face.
Representatives for Freeman confirmed the nuptials to The Sun.

It hasn’t been revealed where or when the wedding took place.
The couple met back in 2020 but prefer to keep their relationship private.
However, he did share a little insight into his partner on the Jessie and Lennie Ware's Table Manners podcast, where Freeman spoke very highly of his now-wife’s excellent cooking skills.

Lennie asked: "She’s French. Is she Cordon Bleu?"
To which Freeman replied: "She's not a Cordon Bleu... she's a massive cheese and wine w***e. That's what she would say about herself. She says that about herself, 'I'm a cheese and wine w***e'. It's not all she is, but no, she loves all that stuff. We like cooking.'"
Opening up about his family life during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show, Freeman revealed that he’d taken his ‘other half’ and his two kids along to a Sherlock-themed escape room.
“It wasn't even a Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes, it was [the BBC one]. I'm aware it did feel a little bit maybe t***ish to go to my own thing… but my kids said it was going to be fun. It is a really good one…”
He then joked: “My voice is in it… I hadn't seen or heard myself enough in that week, so I thought… and I wasn't stuck, I just wanted to stay in there longer.”
Prior to his relationship with Benaissa, Freeman was in a relationship with Amanda Abbington from 2000 to 2016.
The former couple, who both starred in the hit BBC show Sherlock, share two children together: 20-year-old Joe and daughter Grace, who is 18.
It was actually while filming Sherlock that the pair called time on their relationship.

Speaking to the Sunday Times Magazine Abbington said they decided to keep their split quiet so as not to mess with the ‘logistics’ of filming the show.
"When we broke up nobody knew, we didn't tell anybody except for a few key people because they had to know, because of the logistics of hotels and stuff,” she explained.
“It took six months for it to get out and a lot of that was while we were working on Sherlock... We were professional and we were going to get on and make a show and be civil to each other."
The pair remain good pals and co-parents.
Abington has since moved on with former escapologist and daredevil Jonathan Goodwin.
Goodwin, who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2019, retired following a 2021 accident that left him paralysed from the waist down.
