Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox's somewhat strange relationship has taken another turn this month after she made an eye-catching return to Instagram.
The celebrity pair had enjoyed almost five years together but called things off shortly after her pregnancy was confirmed, and they continue to co-parent their daughter, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, in the wake of their December 2024 split.
Fox had deleted her social media shortly before the break-up, as a way of marking her 38th birthday, but the Transformers star has made a viral return in the past week or so, attracting millions of likes on her three posts, which all feature some rather racy pictures.
Her first post saw the Jennifer's Body star sporting a black T-shirt and thong, and another post featured a behind-the-scenes video of her photoshoot.
Advert
The American actress was forced to hit back at some strange rumours that she was a 'clone' after the images were first posted, seemingly because so many people were left feeling a little hot under the collar, including her former fiancé.

The rapper had already joked about being 'stoked' to have Fox's phone number after her first photo dump, followed by a shirtless picture on his own platform.
Despite being the father of her fourth child, the 35-year-old's somewhat childish humour reared its ugly head once again after Fox's most recent post.
She captioned the pictures, which were taken by photographer Cibelle Levi (@cibellelevi), with: "Love was the most savage monster of all."

And it didn't take long for her former partner to comment, this time suggesting that he was 'stoked we had a baby', which is quite cute but does raise questions about why they broke up in the first place.
In 2024, a source told Entertainment Tonight that they 'are not together right now', but 'that could easily change in the future'.
In January, MGK responded to the reports by writing on Instagram: "How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything."

Since then, the pair have been spotted out and about with their infant daughter, who is turning one this month, at the zoo, the Getty Centre in LA, and on a family holiday in Costa Rica, according to TMZ.
A source claimed to US Weekly that their child has 'brought them closer than ever', adding: "They’re in a much stronger place than they were even six months ago, and Megan says their baby has given her a sense of peace and healing.”
The singer has since commented on the pair's co-parenting dynamic during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show last year, calling Fox a 'phenomenal mom' and saying they 'go back and forth on who she looks like'.
While their co-parenting appears to be going well, MGK's latest comments certainly seem to imply that he wants to try for number two.

Timeline of Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's relationship
First meeting and beginning of their whirlwind romance
March 2020 was the start of something for Fox and MGK after the pair first met on the film set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. After that, she made an appearance in his 'Bloody Valentine' music video.
In July, they made their relationship Instagram-official, posting a mirror selfie of themselves with the caption: "Waited for eternity to find you again..."
Fox opened up on their relationship, calling it a 'once in a lifetime' thing, while MGK told Howard Stern that he 'didn't know what [love] was until me and her made eye contact'.

Engagement and 'blood-drinking' rituals
In 2021, engagement rumours began flying after Fox was spotted wearing a huge ring while out in New York City after MGK's performance on Saturday Night Live.
However, they didn't officially get engaged until 2022, with both announcing the news on Instagram. In her post, Fox referenced 'drinking each other's blood', as she wrote: "Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him.
"And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes…and then we drank each other's blood."
She later clarified her comments to British Glamour, saying it was 'just a few drops', adding: "Yes, we do consume each other's blood on occasion for ritual purposes only."
As for the design of Fox's engagement ring, MGK told Vogue that it included thorns, 'so if she tries to take it off, it hurts'.
Pregnancy announcement
After revealing they'd experienced a miscarriage in 2023, Fox announced on her social media that she and MGK were expecting their first child together.
Referencing the lyrics from his song 'Last November' about that experience, she wrote: "nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,"
In her post, she shared a picture of herself covered in black liquid and cradling her baby bump, along with another photo of a positive pregnancy test.

Break-up speculation
Towards the end of 2024, speculation surrounding the status of their relationship began after reports claimed they'd called it quits around Thanksgiving.
In March that year, Fox had told Call Her Daddy's Alex Cooper that their engagement had been called off, though she said he is her 'twin soul' and 'there will always be a tether to him, no matter what'.
MGK also addressed the rumours on his social media, writing: "How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything."
Birth of daughter
The rapper announced their daughter's birth by sharing a video of himself holding her hand, writing: "She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed."
He also added on his Story: "We composed the score of the birth. Born into 432 HZ what an epic journey praise God."
On 18 September, he had nothing but praise for Fox, calling her a 'phenomenal mom' on The Jennifer Hudson Show, and revealed they'd been co-parenting their daughter pretty well.
