Meghan Markle is set to make a shock return to acting following an eight-year hiatus.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, quit show business after her engagement to Prince Harry, 41, was announced in 2017.
Her last appearance in Suits saw her character Rachel Zane marry Mike Ross in the season seven finale.
"For me, once we hit the 100-episode marker, I thought, 'I have ticked this box and I feel really proud of the work we’ve done there, and now, it’s time to work as a team with [Harry]'," she explained to the BBC at the time.

Before making it big time on Suits, Markle had small guest roles on TV shows like Century City and CSI: NY in 2004.
However, she reached a new level of fame after tying the knot with the Duke of Sussex in 2018.

And apart from appearing in documentaries, it's been some time since she's acted in front of the camera.
Deadline reports that sources have told them that Markle has landed a role in a new Amazon MGM Studios movie Close Personal Friends.
It comes after multiple news outlets have reportedly spotted her play herself on set in Pasadena.
The likes of Brie Larson, Lily Collins, Jack Quaid and Henry Golding are set to star in the Jason Orley led film. We are yet to know anything about the plot.
On the possibility of returning to acting, Markle said to Vanity Fair in October 2022 that she's 'done'.

"I guess never say never, but my intention is to absolutely not," she said.
"I left Suits right after the 100th episode, in 2018. I didn't think I'd ever be in the entertainment industry again.
"But the entire culture has changed; streamers have changed things. The ability to create zeitgeist moments like we had in the '90s — where everyone would tune in at the same time for a show or gather for one moment? — that doesn't happen anymore.

"When I was doing Suits, that character, Rachel Zane, was in your living room with you while you were in your pyjamas eating Chinese takeout.
"That's how connected the experience felt then. But to create a cultural moment or conversation requires something different today. Podcasting has been really interesting in that way.
"It might be one of the only remaining forums where people are alone to listen. Where else do you have that opportunity?"
