Tyson Fury buries feud with dad John after relationship was 'completely destroyed'
John Fury has appeared to bury the hatchet with Tyson after he accused him of being ‘past his best’.
The 61-year-old said in April that his relationship with the championship-winning boxer was ‘destroyed’, and put it down to the nature of the sport.
"Boxing destroyed it completely. I'll say it on camera: I've never taken £10 off him in my life and I never will,” the former bare-knuckle fighter told Playbook Boxing.
"I don't want Tyson's money and I don't need Tyson's money. Whatever he's got, good luck to him. But don’t forget who built his story when he was a kid. He didn’t build it himself, did he? Me, his father."

It now seems that John and Tyson are back on good terms after the dad posted a video of them having a pint together in a pub on 6 August.
Prince John James Fury, 14, is also seen having a drink with the pair while a person who sounds like Tommy Fury is heard behind the camera.
Back in June, things looked to be getting better between the boxing duo as John gave an update on how things were going.
When asked how it felt reuniting with Tyson again, he replied: "Yeah, I'm looking forward to it.
"It's been a long time, you know, and at the end of the day I'm just trying to get things right with my son what should never have took place in the beginning.
"But let me tell you, he's stubborn and I'm stubborn. He's strong-headed and I am. It's a good job he doesn't want to hit me isn't it because I'd be dead."
"He's my boy isn't he and I love him and he's our talisman isn't he?" John continued.
"Let me tell you, all this b******* we're doing here, if it wasn't for him, there'd be no me, there'd be no Tommy, there'd be no f*** all.
"It's the Gypsy King, his achievements, his accolades, what’s brought us to where we are today.
"Nobody else. And I'm forever in his debt.
"So whatever s*** he wants to throw my way, I should be able to swallow it, shouldn’t I? But I’m proud, you know, and I get… my emotions overcome me."
'He wants me to retire'
Tyson said back in April that he knows that his father 'just wants the best for me'.
"He wants me to retire and walk away, but if it was that easy I would have walked away five times before. But I don’t have that ability to let go. It can affect a lot of things, including families," Tyson said to The Ring.
"My dad saying he’s not speaking to me – I suppose he’s trying to encourage me not to fight any more. But fighting’s all I’ve ever known and all I ever will know."
Tyson won his comeback fight against Mariusz Wach in Thailand last month as he eyes up a long-awaited match against Anthony Joshua.
“I’ll always be a big name,” he told the press conference.
“I still feel the best is yet to come. I don’t feel like the world’s seen the best of Tyson Fury yet.
“I’ve been over here (Thailand) since December. Beautiful people, beautiful place. I feel at peace with everything whereas before I had a lot of pressure on me.
“I thrive better in a warmer climate and I feel rejuvenated.”
