Vic Reeves was reportedly taken to hospital after he ‘collapsed’ at a friend’s wedding.
The Vic and Bob star, whose real name is Jim Moir, was reportedly celebrating a friend’s nuptials at the Hotel du Vin in Poole, Dorset, when he suddenly became unwell.
A source said that Reeves sparked ‘serious concern’ after he allegedly collapsed in front of guests.
The source told the Daily Mail: “Vic was telling jokes and entertaining people – and obviously everyone was hitting the bar as the party went on just as you'd expect.

“But suddenly it appeared to take a bit of a turn for the worse – there was a commotion in the middle of the group and staff were being asked to call for an ambulance which turned out to be for Vic who wasn't looking at all well. It all happened very quickly and looks like he overexerted himself.
“The next thing he was being wheeled out by paramedics. It all seemed to shift from lots of laughter to serious concern pretty fast.”

A representative for Reeves told the Daily Mail: “He was checked over and given a clean bill of health.”
LADbible has contacted reps for Reeves for comment.
The comedian, best known for his work with Bob Mortimer, was at the wedding with his wife Nancy Sorrell, 52.
The couple got hitched in 2003 and have 20-year-old twin daughters, Beth and Nell.
In 2021, Reeves revealed that he had a non-removable benign brain tumour that had left him deaf in one ear.
The tumour, known as a vestibular schwannoma, impacted the nerve that connects the ear to the brain.
Speaking on The Adam Buxton Podcast, he said: “I’ve got a vestibular schwannoma – it’s a tumour in my head.
“I’ve gone completely deaf, 100 per cent deaf, in the left ear, and it will never come back.
“It’s dead – absolutely completely gone. It’s like the size of a grape so they just have to keep an eye on it.

“It’s benign. They can’t remove it – they can shrink it or they can leave it and keep an eye on it, and that’s what they’re doing.
“The eardrum and your brain, there’s a nerve and that takes all the information from your ear to your brain and the tumour is right in between the nerve, so it’s gone ping and snapped it and you can’t reattach nerves.”
Reeves, a keen musician, said that he had to ‘throw away’ all of his stereo LPs due to the condition.
He also said that it impacts one of his favourite hobbies - birdwatching - as he ‘never knows where the birds are’.
“I like to go out bird watching and I never know where the birds are. I can hear them but I don’t know what direction they are. If an aeroplane flies over, or a car approaches, I don’t know where it is,” he added.
In snaps from over the weekend, Reeves and Sorrell were seen on a boat trip with binoculars around their necks, suggesting that the pair may have enjoyed a spot of birdwatching.
