Victoria Beckham has finally opened up about her strict diet after her husband David outed her meal habits to the world.
It appears that the Spice Girl, 50, is now keeping it real after her hubby, 49, famously told her to 'be honest' in his Netflix documentary, sparking one of the most-used memes of 2024.
A couple years ago, David shared on what Victoria likes to eat on a regular basis, claiming that she's been having the same meal for 25 years.

In an interview on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast in 2022, the Inter Miami co-founder started to speak about his love of food and wine.
"I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it," he said.
"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.
"Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that."
David continued: "The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.
"It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since."
Now, Victoria has lifted the lid on why she's made such a conscious effort to eat the same meal.
In a recent interview with The Telegraph, the pop star credited her diet with being the reason why her skin looks so good.
The mum-of-four avoids certain wheats and flours, and will often have wheat flour instead of cassava flour.
She also uses a $3,855 (£3,059.74) Dermalux LED device for 30 minutes each morning.
"It was because of my skin that I became very careful about what I ate," Victoria explained, adding that she was very conscious about having acne in her 20s.
"And yeah, probably I did look stern in a lot of pictures, but I was so uncomfortable.
"Was there a time when I used to scroll through all the comments about me? Probably. But now I just don’t have the time."
Victoria said she now manages stress 'by not taking on anything I genuinely don’t think I can do. Oh and by not cooking'.
Her boys tested her food when the family lived in Spain, 'but Harper says I can burn water, so it’s probably better for everyone that I don’t'.
