Chris Hemsworth Pokes Fun At Brother Liam In Birthday Post Telling Him To 'Get In Shape'

Chris Hemsworth poked fun at his little brother and told him: "Take care of yourself," as well as offering him some help

The Hemsworth brothers are no strangers to a little bit of light trolling and this time, it's the turn of Chris Hemsworth as he took to social media in a bid troll his little brother Liam on his birthday.

Chris, 38, posted a series of pictures on Instagram to mark Liam's 32nd birthday, telling him this is the year he can 'finally get in shape and take care of himself'.

In the full post, Chris wrote: "Happy birthday @liamhemsworth hopefully this is the year you finally get in shape and take care of yourself."

He then went on to offer some assistance in the name of a discount for his fitness plan - is this some shameless shoutout? Clever lad.

He added: "To help with your transformation I’m gonna gift you 10% off a @centrfit membership #familydiscount love you."

The app, Centrfit, commented on the post saying: "We've got a 10-week muscle-building program you could definitely get some help from..."

The series of pictures shared included one of the younger Hemsworth bro shirtless and shredded as well as another snap of him waking up to balloons, flowers, presents and a cake.

The final one showed Liam (we assume) as a baby wearing some sort of knitted short sleeved jumper and looking adorable.

Commenting on the post (which has hit a staggering 4.4 million likes and growing), one person wrote: "Family discount on a membership is the best present you can give your brother."

Another joked: "Imagine being that out of shape, disgraceful @liamhemsworth."

And someone else said exactly what we were thinking: "I mean, product placement in happy birthday wish."

The trolling was aimed at Chris in May of last year when older brother Luke trolled the Thor actor for 'skipping leg day'.

It came after Chris shared a picture of himself and his son holding hands. The snap featured a mighty impressive shoulder and tricep combo.

But Luke, 41, was more concerned about his brother's legs.

Commenting on the picture, the Westworld star wrote: "Bro?! You've been skipping leg days again?!"

One person agreed: "Damn Thor, how do you toss that hammer and not fall with those neglected legs my man? Double up those leg days and cut back on the arm and chest and get more symmetry."
