Chris Hemsworth would return for a fifth Thor movie but only on one condition
Chris Hemsworth has revealed he'd return to playing the God of Thunder on one condition.
The actor's fate in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is ambiguous right now.
And after announcing that he'll take a break from acting upon discovering that he's at risk of developing Alzheimer's disease, who knows if he'll ever reunite with his hammer?
However, during a recent interview with AccionCine, the Aussie shared what it would take for him to put on the red cape again.

"I have no idea. I've said it before, it all depends on the type of story," he said.
"It has to be something unique.
"What I don't want is to do the same with the character until the end, until there is a feeling of exhaustion in the audience. But if there is excitement for it, I am always willing to return.
"If there is a new story, it has to be something very special. I'm sure there's something exciting to tell, so we'll have to wait and see. You have to wait to find it."
The actor also teased in November during an interview with Josh Horowitz that if he were to return, he wants the character to undergo some 'drastic changes'.
And this time, it's gonna take more than Taika Waititi and chopping that mane.
"Again, I don’t know if I’m even invited back. But if I was, I think it would have to be a drastically different version in tone, everything, just for my own sanity… (laughs) … Thor lost his mind that last one. He’s got to figure it out now," he shared.
Hemsworth revealed at the end of last year; he would be stepping back from acting after discovering he's at risk of Alzheimer's while filming the docu-series Limitless.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, Hemsworth explained that he underwent a test that showed he had two copies of the gene APOE4 linked to the disease.
He explained: “They took all my blood work and did a bunch of tests and the plan was to on-camera tell me all the results and then talk about how you can improve this and that."
He added: “It’s not a pre-deterministic gene, but it is a strong indication. Ten years ago, I think it was more thought of as determinant."
The 39-year-old added that the shocking health discovery made him want to spend more time with his family promptly.
“It really triggered something in me to want to take some time off,” he said.
